We specialize in using statistical and soft matter physics methods and advanced computational tools to understand stabilities and dynamic transitions of single biomoleuces and assemblies. Currently we work on several interesting problems, ranging from ♦ conformational switches of biomolecules in extreme environments, ♦ stochastic disassembly related to biomass conversion, to ♦ active particles and motile cell aggregation.
